2019–2026 RAM 2500 HD 4WD (NEW BODY STYLE) – 4.5" SST LIFT KIT
ReadyLIFT delivers the ultimate bolt-on lift solution for the new-body-style Ram 2500 HD 4WD with the all-new 69-19450 4.5" SST Lift Kit. Purpose-engineered to deliver maximum bolt-on lift for owners running negative offset wheels and up to 37" tall tires, this kit supersedes the previous 69-1945 (now discontinued) with upgraded components and improved geometry correction — all while keeping factory ride and handling intact.
The 69-19450 provides 4.5" of front lift and 2.5" of rear lift through heavy-duty fabricated steel coil spring spacers — no light-duty aluminum extrusions, no compromise on strength. To keep suspension geometry dialed in after lift, the kit includes front radius arm drop brackets and both front and rear track bar relocation brackets — critical components that prevent the driveline vibrations, alignment issues, and axle shift that plague inferior big-lift kits. Front and rear shock extensions, bump stop extensions, longer sway bar end links, and front sway bar frame side spacers round out the system.
The result is a no-modifications-required lift kit that gets your Ram 2500 HD up nice and high, delivers factory-quality ride and handling, and easily clears 37" tires — even on conservative negative offset wheels with little to no trimming required.

This unique “no hassle” product warranty proves their commitment to the quality of every product that ReadyLIFT produces. ReadyLIFT product warranty only extends to the Original Purchaser of any ReadyLIFT product. If it breaks, they'll give you a new part.
Any ReadyLIFT products containing missing or defective components will be covered under warranty by ReadyLIFT. Please contact Recon Recovery to initiate a warranty claim. In the event of a defective product, ReadyLIFT may request a return of the defective product (at ReadyLIFT expense) so the quality team can analyze the nature of the defect. Returning defective product will not delay the replacement part delivery.
ReadyLIFT leveling kit, block kits and lift kit products are NOT intended for off-road abuse. Any abuse or damage as a result of off-road use voids the warranty of the ReadyLIFT product. Exception: ReadyLIFT Jeep SST and Terrain Flex Lift Kits are designed for normal off-road use to complement the Jeep vehicle's off-road capability. All Jeep Lift Kit products are covered under warranty when used in recreational off-road environments.
Wearable components including, but not limited to, shocks, ball joints, heim joints, bushings, and steering extensions, are covered for up to 1-year. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. ReadyLIFT is not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles.
