This winch is more than I expected, it operates quite and smooth, the winch is very strong, I actually pulled my cable into app 8’ from the hook the first time I used it, I noticed it had a few frays in the new cable before I used it so that was the week point. I should have asked for a new cable before I used it but I didn’t. Very stout winch, it is a little on the slow side but I can definitely live with that. Super winch did good and would definitely recommend it. I hear their customer service is great as well , I’m sure if I had let them know about the cable issue they would have resolved it. I just used cable clamps and seem to be working.
This is my second Superwinch. I like them because you can easily clock the clutch lever 180 degrees. Remote mounting the solenoid is also easy. The winch is reliable and is well made. Owned now by Westin. Product I got was complete, well packaged and works perfectly.
A little slow but plenty strong, had it submerged without issue.

awesome winch, looks great and seems to be built stout, great deal, (really do hope it was a total waste of money because in my 4 wheeling experience if you have to pull the winch cable out then you've got problems...)
