Introducing the ReadyLIFT 4.0" SST Lift Kit — a purpose-engineered lift solution for 2015–2020 1500-series GM 6-lug 4WD SUVs and SUTs equipped with factory aluminum suspension. Developed over six months of on-road and off-road testing, the mission was clear: deliver a true 4.0" of front lift that's 100% bolt-on — no drilling, no cutting, no welding, no irreversible modifications to your vehicle.
At the heart of the kit are ultra-strong TCT free-floating pivot bushings, engineered for self-lubrication and zero friction — a serious upgrade over traditional bonded rubber. A 100% DOM tubular upper control arm with OEM-style ball joints and TCT polyurethane bushings restores proper suspension geometry after lift, while patent-pending CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum differential drop brackets maintain front axle and CV angles for zero driveline drama. Powder-coated steel strut extensions handle the actual lift, and a powder-coated plate steel skid plate keeps your differential protected on the trail.
Out back, 3.0" powder-coated steel coil spring spacers deliver matching rear lift while preserving factory ride quality, complemented by longer sway bar end links, bump stop extensions, and steel rear shock extensions. The result is a true 4" front lift with a balanced stance, clearance for 33" tires, and factory ride characteristics preserved on and off the pavement.

This unique “no hassle” product warranty proves their commitment to the quality of every product that ReadyLIFT produces. ReadyLIFT product warranty only extends to the Original Purchaser of any ReadyLIFT product. If it breaks, they'll give you a new part.
Any ReadyLIFT products containing missing or defective components will be covered under warranty by ReadyLIFT. Please contact Recon Recovery to initiate a warranty claim. In the event of a defective product, ReadyLIFT may request a return of the defective product (at ReadyLIFT expense) so the quality team can analyze the nature of the defect. Returning defective product will not delay the replacement part delivery.
ReadyLIFT leveling kit, block kits and lift kit products are NOT intended for off-road abuse. Any abuse or damage as a result of off-road use voids the warranty of the ReadyLIFT product. Exception: ReadyLIFT Jeep SST and Terrain Flex Lift Kits are designed for normal off-road use to complement the Jeep vehicle's off-road capability. All Jeep Lift Kit products are covered under warranty when used in recreational off-road environments.
Wearable components including, but not limited to, shocks, ball joints, heim joints, bushings, and steering extensions, are covered for up to 1-year. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. ReadyLIFT is not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles.
