Body Armor 4x4 backs the E-Power Board Steps with a 1-Year Electrical Warranty on motors, wiring, LEDs, and electronic components, and a 3-Year Mechanical Warranty on the step structure, mounting hardware, and powder coat finish.

This is a different warranty structure from Body Armor's passive steel products (which carry Limited Lifetime warranties) due to the electrical components in the E-Power design.

Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper installation, electrical system modifications, water damage from exceeding IP67 rating conditions, misuse, impact damage beyond normal step use, or neglect. Contact Recon Recovery to initiate a warranty claim.
