Protection Process was well worth the extra cost.

I had some minor cosmetic damage to the unit & a small crack in the main framework that was brought to my attention by the installers. I submitted pictures to the team at Recon Recovery and they were in process of issuing pick up and delivery of the unit from Route. However after looking at having the unit removed and packaged and reinstalled I decided to cancel the claim. The crack was not in an area where a leak would occur & once everything was installed the small cosmetic dents on the doors were not noticeable. The Matt black coating was probably the most helpful for not seeing the small dents. Overall the team was very helpful and I was satisfied with the Route warranty protection even though I decided not to finalize the return and exchange.
