Set up on a stable, level surface clear of flammable material. Connect the propane cylinder via the CGA600 fitting, check for leaks, open burners and ignite via the push-button or ignition system. Use the wind screen when conditions are breezy. Always follow manufacturer safety guidelines: keep a fire extinguisher or water source nearby, monitor flame and cylinder temperature, and ensure good ventilation when cooking.
