No one likes waiting on a slow winch, which is why the Superwinch Talon 9.5iSR combines super-fast line speed during cable retrieval with outstanding pulling power and stout 2-stage planetary gears to provide steady and predictable operation. The innovative external disc brake design provides 100% load hold, reducing heat and wear to the synthetic rope when running the brake hard. The Talon 9.5iSR features a lightweight, UV-certified Dyneema Synthetic Rope to reduce heat and abrasion, and extend rope life. The Talon 9.5iSR also features an innovative pull-and-turn Clutch Engagement System for easy operation in all conditions. The Talon 9.5iSR has it all: speed, power, and durable performance.

Install went very easy. Everything worked when I hooked it up. The only bad thing was the bolts that bolted down the winch we’re garbage so buy new bolts for the bottom of the winch I got 10 point fives a comes with eight point fives.

I've had mine for about 3 years, runs great. I like the wired remote over wireless, keep it simple. Everything is waterproof, including the solenoids. At 67 pounds including the synthetic rope, it's light for a heavy duty winch with a strong reputation.
