I bought this soft shackle to have an extra lightweight shackle in addition to the my steel shackles. I finally had a chance to use this shackle and the shackle worked well and was easy to use. W/such a high breaking strength, I was not concerned at anytime that it would break. It's much easier to store and lighter than heavyweight steal shackles.
